Guest access Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use. We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. 2. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. AND/OR ADD - We do have an evaporative cooling system that cools and humidifies, which can be installed in the summer months. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. It is on and operating. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins.
